Understanding Life's Connections

This exhibit highlights the links among the various levels of biology, using a continuous illustration spanning nine panels forming a continuous loop that represents our world. By stressing links rather than divisions, the exhibit shows that changes made at one level of life are invariably felt at other levels.

Understanding Life's Connections is aimed at high-school students and their teachers, with the intent of sparking interest in biology. It also appeals to people interested in how the various disciplines of biology connect with one another.
