SCHOOL AND COMMUNITY RESIDENCIES

Whatever your learning objectives—to integrate life science into your curriculum, to understand how scientists conduct research, or to connect students with the environmental concerns of their neighborhood—a residency with skilled education staff from the Bell Museum is an effective, creative tool to achieve these goals. Museum staff will work with you to define, plan, and implement a personalized, on-site residency specific to your expectations.

Bell Museum residencies feature:

  • Interdisciplinary learning through exhibit development, video production, writing, or art projects that connect science to key curriculum areas
  • Moments of discovery through participatory science experiments
  • Real science demonstrations by University of Minnesota scientists in your school or classroom

Cost varies by residency length, activities, supplies, planning requirements, and student contact hours. For more information call 612-624-9050.
