FILM AT THE BELL MUSEUM

The Bell Museum continues its tradition of exhibiting science and nature films with a series of programs that explore research and the natural world through the lens of a movie camera. Film programs at Bell Museum take viewers around the world and to their own backyards for timely and compelling stories of exploration, scientific discovery, and human connection with landscapes and environments.

Science on Screen

Each Thursday, the Bell Museum's Science on Screen program presents topical films focusing on scientific research and related ideas, personalities, and controversies. Following each screening, audiences are invited to share viewpoints during informal post-film discussions with scientists and other experts. Films screen at 7 p.m. in the Bell Auditorium. Admission is $7 or $5 for students, seniors, and Bell Museum members.

Sunday Nature Films

On Sunday afternoons, visit the Bell Museum and see a movie, too! The museum's Sunday Nature Series features true stories and offbeat perspectives from wildlife and documentary filmmakers. Films are shown at 2 p.m. in the Bell Auditorium. Admission is $7 or $5 for students, seniors, and Bell Museum members and includes admission to the Bell Museum's exhibit halls.

Visit the Calendar of Events for Film Schedules.
