Northwoods Hall/Prairie Hall

Our renowned dioramas depict Minnesota's most beloved wild places, from the North woods to the shores of Lake Pepin. These form a spectacular backdrop for dining and receptions in an art deco building.

Maximum Capacity:
Cocktail - 250
Plated dinner - 150
Buffet - 150

Facility Rental Fee:
1-4 hours: $1,250
Additional hours: $100 each

Catering:
The Bell Museum will work with the caterer of your choice.

Equipment:
Available for rental through the Bell Museum:

  • 8 high-top cabaret-style tables ($5.00 each)
  • 48 black folding chairs (no charge)
  • 24 6' buffet/beverage tables ($7.00 each)

Additional items available for rental through an outside vendor:

  • 48" or 60" round tables
  • dance floor
  • stage
  • audio/visual equipment

Rental Hours
Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday: 6pm-Midnight
Thursday: not available
Monday: 9am-Midnight

Special Features:
Guest access to our West Gallery exhibit hall, Touch & See Room, and garden atrium.
