Importance Of Prairie

Prairie is a type of ecosystem that can be considered a type of savannas, temperate grassland, and shrubland considering the temperature and rainfall in these places.

The Prairie has grasses, shrubs and herbs as the major plantations and tall trees are rarely found on them. The fertility of the soil in the Prairie is pretty fertile, and plants grow on them. They are major of three types namely wet, mesic and dry. The term Prairie is typically used for the grasslands in North America and many states in North America are a part of it. Prairie plants can be used to produce biofuels that can help in the removal of global warming.
