Live Satellite Broadcast

Live Broadcast Live Broadcast Descriptions
The live satellite broadcasts mark the pinnacle of the JASON Project program year. These exciting, interactive one-hour events are scheduled to take place on fifty-five separate occasions between January 26 and February 6, 2004. The live broadcasts are usually viewed in the Bell Museum's auditorium in conjunction with extracurricular programming and thematic exhibit tours.

Students who come to the museum are immediately engaged in the event with the help of trained emcees who prepare them for the program and facilitate group interactivity during the broadcast. Mary Kosuth & Student at Live Broadcast

Bussing and admission scholarships are available through generous donations from the Medtronic Foundation and the Hugh J. Andersen Foundation. If you would like to learn how to apply for these scholarships, simply visit the Program Costs and Scholarship page.

If you are unable to view the live satellite broadcasts at the Bell Museum, you can still view select broadcasts in your classroom via web streaming. For a complete schedule of the live satellite broadcasts, please click here.

JASON XIV Exhibit JASON XV Exhibit Tours
JASON Exhibit tours are lead by experienced Bell Museum interpretive staff members and are highly customized to suit your group's needs. These tours consist of an in-depth journey through the student-made JASON XV Exhibit and a jaunt around the museum's diorama hall.

These tours are a great way to immerse your students in the JASON XIV themes in a new and exciting way. The small group structure also gives your students the opportunity to ask questions and share ideas.

Limit: 200 participants
Length: 60 minutes
Program Price: $3.00 per student
